Give your tastebuds an authentic Serbian treat
Cevapi Bro's is a special eatery tucked away in the northern suburbs. Located at Shop 12, 297 Peachey Road, Munno Para, you have to turn off either the Main North Road or Northern Expressway and progress along Curtis Road to the cluster of shops on Peachey to discover the restaurant.

The Cevapi Bro's brew an excellent coffee. I have been complaining about coffee lacking its characteristic bite at all the major chains for the last couple of years. However, at Cevapi Bro's you can taste the flavour of freshly ground beans in a strong, rich cappuccino.
Their salads are something different. "Shopska Salata" has tomato, onion, fetta, cucumber and roasted capsicum. I'm not generally big on capsicum, but roasted, processed and dressed can be quite tasty.
Another salad is "Kupus Salata". This is shredded cabage with black pepper and vinagarette dressing. It is designed to be that way, and not just invented because of the current lettuce shortage!
Hot chips are available as a side and soothe the less adventurous palate. The "Cevapi Burger" comes in two sizes, 5 Cevapi for $15, and 10 Cevapi for sharing $20. It is not strictly a burger - but a plate of delicious lepinja bread, topped with grilled Cevapi and smothered in melted cream cheese.
