I love kebabs. I love kebabs so much that they are no longer an "end of a big night" treat for me, but an everyday food. I know it sounds extreme but kebabs have moved from a hangover busters, to a regular dinner staple in my household.
Naturally, this means I take where I purchase my kebabs from pretty seriously. Gone are the days when I would buy a kebab from the side of the road and hope I have enough alcohol in my system to kill the germs that could be hiding in the delicious bundle of bread, meat and salad.
Due to this, Central Kebab House on Sydney road is my top place to snag one of these delicious treats in the Western suburbs. Their kebabs are always hot, always fresh and always delicious.
My usual order is chicken, with tabouli, hummus and some of their amazing hot chilli sauce. While the chilli sauce is definitely not for the faint hearted, ask for "just a little bit" anyway because the taste is amazing. The meat is also Halal.
