Do you live in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney?

Do you want to start a jogging routine but can't seem to find the right place?

If you answered yes to the above questions, then Centennial Park may just be the place for you to kick-start your exercise regime.

Centennial Park is one of the most popularly visited park lands in the world, with an estimated 15 million visitors every year.

With more than 360 hectares of land, Centennial Park has space for everyone.

It's a great place to take the kids, whether it be horse riding, cycling, kicking around a soccer ball or just a simple jog - this is the perfect setting.

The natural environmental surrounds make this a motivating and peaceful place for runners. And the jogging track itself is exactly 3.5km, which is a comfortable distance for most. And if you really want to push yourself why not build up to 2 laps? Or even 3?

Centennial Park is also one of the few parks in the world that allows horse riding in the heart of the city.
