While Mangan will put together the unique menu, Ingersoll will play host on the night. All produce will be sourced from Food Connect, who offer 'local, seasonal and ecological food direct from your farmer', and Feather and Bone, who sell sustainably raised meat. There won't be any of the processed, packaged, mass-produced fare commonly found in modern supermarkets.
Tickets are $160 per head, or $140 each for groups of six or more. Proceeds will go to the Nature Conservation Council, which represents over 120 community environmentally-active groups in New South Wales. Its focus is conserving biodiversity, protecting unique ecosystems and maintaining air, land and water quality.
