Intrepid Travel and
Welcome to Country have joined forces to deliver a number of 'free' First Nations tourism experiences across Narrm (Melbourne) and Warrane (Sydney). Please note a maximum of 1 ticket is available per person for each workshop, and they'll be allocated on a first come first served basis until each workshop is fully booked. The theme this year is 'To Gather, Together', hence you'll find yourself connecting to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture with these immersive activities delivered by First Nations owned businesses.
Managing Director ANZ at Intrepid Travel, Brett Mitchell said, “Australia is home to the oldest living cultures on earth, and tourism experiences designed, led or owned by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people offer travellers an immersive way to engage with the rich stories and experiences that are unique to this land."

Discover more here . Not only will you be supporting Indigenous business, but learning more about one of the oldest known civilisations on Earth, and we should be proud we have this heritage on our shores. The Aborigines can trace their ancestries back to about 75,000 years ago, but became a distinct genetic group around 50,000 years ago. Take a tour yourself, or book one as a gift for Christmas, a birthday or special occasion. It's a far more rewarding gift that'll live on in your memory, while supporting small business. Do something different!
