Celebrate Hogwarts at Karrinyup

Expelliarmus! Hogwarts is popping up at Karrinyup and it's time to be sorted into your house. Even after all this time, the magic of Harry Potter is still just as spellbinding for children and grown-ups as it ever was. This free event is taking over Karrinyup and it is time to Celebrate Hogwarts !



Start at Platform 9 and 3/4, where you can take photos and spot the Hogwarts Express of course. When you arrive at Hogwarts, you enter the Great Hall, and you get the chance to pop the Sorting Hat on, and take a photo. You get the chance to try your hands at potions and complete some puzzles, sit in the common room and then head to the Whomping Willow, and hop into Ron's Flying Ford Anglia. You can test out your Quidditch skills as well!

There is also the chance to wear the invisibility cloak, and get a magical photo taken, while the illusion unfolds in front of your eyes. The Quidditch Pitch is covered in game flags and you get the opportunity to take part in a Seeker game.

Some of these events don't need bookings but there are some events that you have to book for. Especially any of the photo opportunities. This is a free event but bookings are important. There are only limited slots for the Hogwarts classes and the Quidditch available at the moment. Head to Karrinyup shopping centre between Tuesday September 27th and October 9th, whenever the shopping centre is open for some magical fun. There are some events that are only for small children, and this event is aimed more at children, but everyone is welcome, no matter who you are.
