Sunday Champagne Brunch at Town Restaurant
18 June 12 noon-3.30pm

Have a family gathering while enjoying an international buffet brunch and view of the Singapore River. The Sunday Champagne Brunch with free-flowing soft drinks and juices is priced at S$128 per adult and S$69 per child. If you opt for free-flowing champagne, house wine and beers, it's S$169 per person.

Themed Buffet Dinners at Town Restaurant
17-18 June, 6.30pm to 10.30pm

Saturday night's "fresh off the grill" fiesta features an extensive spread of 34 buffet stations offering jumbo skewers of Chicken Satay and Banana leaf-wrapped Otah Mackerel, a Spit-roasted Baby Suckling Pig, Churrasco of Lamb, Pork Ribs and Roasted Whole Wagyu Rump. Don't forget to savour Town's Signature Hainanese Chicken Rice and Laksa.

Sunday evening's family-themed menu includes Slow-roasted Prime Rib Eye, Seared Beef Steaks with Sautéed Hand-picked Wild Mushrooms, French cellar-affined cheeses, Premium Sashimi, Snow Crabs, Sumatra-style Braised Wagyu Beef Rendang and many more.

Dinners are priced at S$69 per adult and S$34 per child. Add S$20 per adult for a two-hour free-flowing draught beer and Singapore Slings. Dad dines complimentary with two paying adults.

Chinese Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng, the Majestic Restaurant Asian Cuisine Chef of The Year 2016, has specially curated an eight-course Family-style Set Menu and a six-course Individual Set Dinner Menu for this special family event which include Cantonese favorites like Roasted Peking Duck, Braised Dried Seafood in Superior Broth with Chinese Wine, and Stewed Marble Goby with Mushroom, Chinese Cabbage, Yam and Roasted Garlic in Superior Golden Broth. Both menus are priced at S$88 per person and available for lunch and dinner.

À La Carte Dim Sum Buffet with over 50 items are also offered at $39 per adult and $19 per child.

Father's Day Sweet Treats at The Fullerton Cake Boutique
Get your dad a 1-kilogram Tart Morello Cherry Baba Bool cake only at S$69 nett. This rum-based confection comes with a smooth pistachio biscuit and Valrhona 64% chocolate ganache.



Yayoi Kusama-inspired Afternoon Tea at The Courtyard
17-18 June 2pm-4pm, 4.30pm-6pm

Executive Pastry Chef Enrico Pezzelato pays homage to Yayoi Kusama with a 3-tier Afternoon Tea. Enjoy Cucumber Sandwich with Ikura Roe, Hot Scones with Clotted Cream, and a cottony soft strawberry shortcake sandwiched between cocoa butter squares printed with striations of Kusama's rainbow pattern inspired by "Life Is The Heart Of A Rainbow", and a polka-dotted dome-shaped mango cremeux on piped buttercream frosting and a chocolate sable base inspired by "The Sun Wants To Go On A Journey 2012".

The set is priced at S$49 per adult and S$25 per child. Top up S$10 for a glass of house wine, or $20 for a flute of champagne.



The Lighthouse Restaurant
17-18 June 6.30pm-10.30pm

Chef de Cuisine Carlo Marengoni creates a four-course set dinner of Wild-caught Amberjack with Salad and Basil Oil, Meat-stuffed Ravioli with Sage And Cheese Sauce, and a choice of Roasted Sea Bream Fillet, or Roasted Veal Loin with Root Vegetables and Truffled Mashed Potatoes, and Italian Pear Crumble.

Enjoy authentic Italian cuisine with an elevated panoramic view of the iconic Marina Bay at S$128 per person with a glass of house red or white wine.
