You do of course know that the reason Little Lebanon is not covered is because it is illegal to provide shisha in an enclosed area - having blinds (whether they are rolled up or down) on the side walls makes the outdoor patio an enclosed space and it is an offence to provide shisha to customers in an enclosed space. Little Lebanon doesnt have the cover that people want because it is illegal. The laws may be stupid, but they are there and they are supposed to be applied equally to everyone.
