Held on the banks of the beautiful Wannon River, Cavendish will come to life with something for everyone - young and old.
The festival begins on Friday with early morning hot air balloon flights over the magnificent red gum trees. That night, the opening gala will kick off the festivities. Tickets to the gala are $25 and include a drink on arrival and canapes.
On Saturday, the main festival day, the fun will again begin with hot air balloon flights followed by a range of activities, competitions, entertainment, fun and games.
There will be a wide range of delicious and local food and drinks on offer. Stalls will be located near the Red Gum Stage and Market area.
The fun continues on the Sunday with more hot air balloon flights, environmental bus tours (where you'll get to visit and view some of the most beautiful trees in the world), the Red Gum Cup and even a golf competition.
Entry to the festival on Saturday 14th April will be by donation. Children's Activity Wristbands cost $5 per child for all day fun. All donations help to cover the cost of running the festival and any profits from the day will go towards supporting Cavendish community projects.
