Feline like you want to kick off 2020 with a musical?
Enjoy a new interpretation of Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical masterpiece CATS, which will take over the National Theatre from January 17-25, 2020 for a limited season of only 10 shows.
Moving away from the traditional setting of a junkyard, this production by the Young Australian Broadway Chorus (YABC) is set in the era when T.S. Eliot originally wrote poems for his children, including the poem on which CATS is based. The National Theatre is transformed into a 'shabby chic' Depression era music hall, and the costumes are inspired by the glamour of the roaring 20s and 30s. Over 90 performers will take to the stage in this not to be missed production.
