%%
Cat's Cafe%% is a collection of comics about a cat who runs a cafe and the menagerie of critters who drink there. Alligator is in love with Cat but can't bringing himself to say so out loud, Snake longs to be a dragon, Rabbit struggles with anxiety and Kiwi is just kiwi-ing along.

Cat's Cafe, by Matt Tarpley is the first paperback volume of the web comic of the same name. The comics are cute, sometimes to the extreme. Some of them I found a little cringe-worthy, but others did make me, if not exactly laugh out loud, at least make that little snorty noise that is almost but not quite a laugh.

Cat's Cafe%% is a collection of cute comics which, due to its overwhelming positivity, might make a good present for someone going through a bit of a tough time. If you enjoy it you might also like Small Hours by Valerie Minelli, or Loading Penguin Hugs by Jacqueline Chen.
