The Quarter at Casuarina Shopping Mall is ideal for families with lots of places to eat, a play area for children and a cinema. There is something at The Quarter for the whole family.

The $34 million precinct has 12 restaurants and eateries such as Grill'd, Max Brenner, Mad Mex, The Groove Train, PappaRich, Nutrition Station Café, Sushi Bay, Baskin Robbins and Chatime. On the weekend, The Quarter is filled with music and live entertainment from local artists.

The outdoor play area at The Quarter really got my attention. The children's play area features a tunnel, slides, climbing wall, percussion music instruments and sensory activities.

The Quarter also has a small performance space and kids activities area nearby where you can join Free Toddler Sessions every Tuesdays starting 9.30am until 11.00am. Local artists will accompany children with songs, stories and other activities. You can stay updated with the Free Tuesdays Toddler program on their website .

An interactive water playground can also be found here with a water play maze, large granite spinning ball and water fountain.

After playing at the play area, you can take your children for a bite to wat at one of the eateries at The Quarter. Time Zone is also open at the Quarter beside the BCC Cinema.
