Located just outside the town centre, Castlereagh Motor Inn boasts affordable and value-for-money accommodation with eighteen spacious units on five acres of beautiful land. All their units are at a ground level away from the highway. This ensures that guests enjoy a quiet stay.



Traffic noise was truly minimal during our time there, however, the air-conditioning turned out to be rather noisy instead. But, besides that, our twin room was spotlessly clean and could not be faulted. Other amenities such as the laundry and pool were great too. We found additional towels in the cupboard specifically provided for pool use. The generosity of the owners also shone through in the provision of complimentary disposable cups for "takeaway" tea and coffee.



Overall, we enjoyed our stay with Castlereagh Motor Inn and would not hesitate to return again. The motel can be found at the corner of Newell Highway and Quealeys Road in Gilgandra approximately 65 kilometres north of Dubbo. Ample parking is available onsite.
