Thomas and Friends; Harry Potter which features Hogwarts Express (one for older children); The Little Engine That Could; Dinosaur Train;
Chuggington; and Driver Dan's Story Train.
Then join a family day of fun at Castledare Miniature Railway, Castledare Place, Wilson on Sunday, 22 March 2015 from 10am to 2pm. All rides cost $6 per adult and $3 per child (children under 2 years of age ride for free with an adult).
Ride the miniature trains, go on a tour of the loco sheds and workshops. Bring a picnic lunch or take advantage of the 'pop up' cafe precinct with freshly brewed coffee, gourmet burgers, sausage sizzle and ice-cream. With live entertainment, amusement rides and games, there should be plenty to keep the little ones occupied.
Best of all? The funds raised will go to Retina Australia (WA) Inc, a charity supporting research into the treatment and prevention of inherited retinal diseases. Castledare volunteers have donated their time and trains to support the event.
Parking and entry to the grounds is free. Covered shoes must be worn to ride on trains.
So, what are you waiting for - make tracks to Castledare for a fun day out.
