During my time learning and studying about energy healing I have also discovered crystals and gems and their amazing benefits. So with that in mind I was looking for a new shop, outside of the hustle and bustle of the West End, and I was thrilled with what I found.



, on the Mt Lindesay Highway, beside the Cheesecake Factory in Browns Plains is a small, unassuming gem in its own right.
The shop has a wonderful, intimate feel with a warm and friendly atmosphere and when you meet the owner and her family you will understand the vibe you get.

Liliana was a social worker with a challenging, demanding job. When she decided to change occupations she discovered her love of crystals and gems. She began at the markets in South Bank, Brisbane, as well as other markets and fetes.



One day while travelling home from the markets, Liliana and her family spotted a shop for rent. After some discussion, the next step was to put in an offer. With fingers crossed they knew it would be a good sign, if all came together, and they could get the shop within their budget.

Now they are pleased to be celebrating 2 years in business, and are having an extended sale to celebrate.



If you are looking for crystals and gems they have a vast array, not only stunningly beautiful in colour, but effective for healing purposes as well. Or you can buy them just because they would make beautiful gifts.

You can check online through the vast amounts of information regarding crystals and gems to see what you can find for yourself before you go or you can go in store to the lovely folks at Casa Alhambra where they are more than willing to lend you some guidance.



You may find, as I have, that there are times when you need some added strength or help for healing purposes, that crystals and gems may be what you need.



Perhaps you need crystals for cutting through fears and blockages, then you will want to check out blue kyanite. Perhaps you need protection from negative energies that abound around you – you will then want to try smoky quartz, which also has numerous other benefits as well.



There are many more, citrine for helping with nerves and depression, rose quartz for helping you find self-love, Dalmatian spot jasper, good for strength and healing. Turquoise, thought to be the oldest stone in man's history, is a strong stone of protection. Carnelian, obsidian, agates, jades, and sodalite all help with varying situations. Amethyst, which is the crystal for your crown chakra, helps in balancing all of your chakras.

They also have a lovely array of Himalayan salt lamps. Himalayan salt is great for dispelling negative energy, sending it back to mother earth for transmutation. Or you may just like the looks of the unique designs that these lamps hold.

There are lovely statuettes in the shapes of fairies, unicorns, and angels. There are giant crystals, geodes, pendants, orbs, spheres, and necklaces, all infused with the amazing, lovely energy that Liliana and her family infuse the store with. They certainly are gems in their own right offering also reiki, meditations, numerology, tarot and more.
