Come to these winter night markets for a fun night
Carriageworks have some fabulous functions throughout the year and this is just one more of these!
This winter, the Carriageworks Night Market will return and will be curated by James Viles. James is chef and founder of the NSW food institution Biota, and presented in partnership with STARWARD Whisky. You can read about James at this website. James is a winning chef who has become one of the most awarded regional chefs for restaurants in NSW.
The event will be held on Friday 19th July 2019 from 5.00 pm at Carriageworks, 245 Wilson Street, Eveleigh. It will cost $10 entry and you can book here.
More than 50 of Sydney's leading restaurants, bars and producers will have their menus presented at this event. These will all be inspired by the theme WILD, and will use native and locally-sourced produce. The focus for this food will be on using the whole of the wild ingredient and not just a small part of it! This sounds easy but is definitely not in some cases.
