Wash tomatoes, cut into small pieces. Cut onions into pieces of 3 cm length. Clean fish and cut into pieces of 6 cm wide, marinate with lemongrass, ginger, onions, salt, sugar, fish sauce, pepper for about 20 minutes.
Stir tomatoes and with fish sauce. Pour enough water into the pot and boil on a low heat for about 30 minutes. Add tom yum, fish sauce, pepper. Then add the carp and let it simmer until the fish is cooked.
