Join in for some carols singing with family and friends this Christmas at Whitmore Square. Carols in the Square is a free family-friendly event run by Westcare Church and supported by the City of Adelaide, Beyond Bank, Australia Post and StreetFleet.
The evening will begin with music and activities from 5.30pm on Thursday the 5th of December 2019. Then, at 6.30pm, a light meal will be provided. Featuring the Tutti Choir and Holdfast Bay Concert Band, the official program will kick off at 7.30pm celebrating the message of Christmas through song, music and drama. Everyone is welcome, just remember to bring your own chair or picnic rug.
Whitmore Square is situated in the southwest corner of the city at the junction of Sturt Street and Morphett Street. Save the date and come along for a fun night out.
I hope there is Police present and it is a safer location than it normally is during the day. We have walked through there during the day out of necessity and we were hassled / bullied by some people. We were dressed in casual clothes that certainly look that we earnt much cash
