Woolworths Carols in the Domain is Australia's largest free Christmas concert. This year, it's their 30th anniversary and it is going to be a star studded event. They have some great entertainment lined up, including the Ten Tenors, The Wiggles, X Factor's Samantha Jade and many more.

The event is on 22 December 2012 at The Domain, Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney city. The Domain is adjacent to the Royal Botanic Gardens, between Art Gallery Road and Hospital Road, Sydney. The best way to get to the Domain is by public transport.

The event carnival kicks off at midday with pre-show entertainment from 3pm. Main show commences at 8.20pm. You can get the official Carols song book in the Sunday 16th December Sun Herald. Also, when you buy a candle bag from The Salvation Army Oasis Youth Support Network at the event, you receive a song book with your candle bag.

Early attendance is encouraged as in previous years the Domain has reached capacity at about 5pm. Just find a position when you get there, put down a rug and enjoy the day.
