Carol singing at Christmas is a time honoured tradition and there are certainly plenty of opportunities for families to participate in community events at this time of year, whether you like to join in lustily or just listen to and enjoy carols old and new.

One venue that lends itself to musical activity of any kind is Adelaide's lovely old Town Hall, on King William street, with its excellent acoustics and great sense of history.

And this year, on December 20th,Trinity City (Holy Trinity Church, Adelaide) will be presenting a community celebration of Christmas at this iconic venue, with carols, fine music and the message of Christmas.

There will be 2 sessions, at 5 pm and 7.30 pm, with free admission to both. Parking is available at UPark Topham Mall, on Waymouth Street, until midnight. For enquiries, go to Holy Trinity church website .
