She's an an absolute music icon, legend and successful songwriter.
Carole King, who has a career that spans decades, is touring Australia throughout February.
We all know her classic hits such as "Natural Woman", covered by many artists namely Aretha Franklin and Celine Dion. Others include "I Feel The Earth Move," "It's Too Late," and "You've Got A Friend" just to name a few.
Carole King had her first number one at age 18, with the hit "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow". Now she is 70 proving that her talent and songs are timeless. Her most successful album "Tapestry" is one of 25 albums she has to her credit.
Accompanying her on tour will be Australian singer, songwriter, guitarist Shane Howard. He was in the band Goanna, who had the hit "Solid Rock" before pursuing his own solo career.
