The Mitcham Rotary Club Secondhand Bookshop is having another of their car park sales where you can pick up quality second hand books at rock bottom prices. This HUGE book sale has hundreds of second hand books, magazines, CD's and records, all on sale for $2 or less. It's a sale that locals eagerly await, and it's best to arrive early to beat the crowds.
You will find lots of non fiction topics ranging from sport, cookery, biography, art and crafts to theology. The second hand books in the fiction section include masses of children's books, crime, mysteries, fantasy, science fiction, classics and old favourite novels. All the books are clean and in great used condition.
Market stalls are set up in the car park, with free tea and coffee to refresh customers as they browse through the mountains of second hand books for sale. Freshly baked home made cakes and biscuits will be on sale, and you can pick up a gift card for a friend too.
Come early and bring your children and friends for this huge annual sale, and help Mitcham Rotary Club help charities at the same time.
Every dollar you spend will give you hours of enjoyment and support our local community, national and overseas humanitarian projects. One of the major beneficiaries this year will be the End Polio Now project.
