Car Boot Sale at St Peter's Anglican Church, Kewerra Beach
Cairns is far north Queensland is a popular tourist destination due to its tropical climate and access to one of the seven natural wonders of the World – The Great Barrier Reef. Founded in 1876, the city was named after William Wellington Cairns who was Governor of Queensland from 1875 to 1877. Although originally it was formed to serve miners heading for the Hodgkinson River Goldfield, it was later developed into a major port for the export of sugar cane, gold and other metals as well as agricultural products.

St Peter's Anglican Church at beautiful Kewarra Beach is holding a Car Boot Sale on Saturday 17th November 2018 from 7.00 am through to 12 noon in the TAS Car Park. The event will include items for everyone; local produce, clothing, trash and treasure, toys, books plus lots more. Just in time for Christmas, you can fill the stockings with lots of interesting goodies for all the family.
Stallholders are invited to contact Glennis on 0408 772 260 or Rita on 07 4055 3079 to book a site. Sites will cost $10.00 each and a variety of stalls are invited and welcome. Admission is free.
