On the corner of Kent Street and High Lane, The has been part of the Millers Point community since 1874 . A short walk from both Wynyard, The Rocks and Circular Quay, everyone is welcome to drop in for a refreshing drink or something to eat from High Lane Kitchen.

The bar and dining area are light, airy and open plan and the vibe is friendly and welcoming. They open at 8am to serve breakfast to locals and passing workers. There is also a takeaway service and they will cater for functions and have a mobile bar, kegs and glassware hire for the local area.

The is suitable for pre-theatre dining or post-theatre drinks if attending the nearby Roslyn Packer Theatre or Wharf Theatre. The chicken schnitzel is a good dinner choice for $20. It was large and served with chips and a salad, as well as a choice of sauce. The radicchio and grilled pear salad was an interesting tasty combination of flavours and textures and great value at $16. The wine list is good and they serve a range of local and imported beers.

The hotel has weekly specials, an on-site bottle shop, VIP gaming room and TAB, a game fishing club and sometimes has live music.
