The new Jewel complex at Changi Airport is an entertainment, shopping and dining paradise.

Amping up the entertainment factor is the recently opened Canopy Park at the roof of the structure.

Under the sunny dome of Jewel is a lush park complete with mazes, slides, a viewing platform and trampoline nets. Some of the highlights include:

Walking Nets: A taut net stretched above the Canopy Park allows you a bird's-eye view of the park's attractions.

Bouncing Nets: As the name suggests, these nets are for bouncing. Jump among the treetops on this oversized trampoline.

Canopy Bridge: This glass-bottomed walkway at the very top of the Jewel dome is not for those with a fear of heights. It's 23 metres above ground, and allows you to see through the many levels of Jewel's complex.

Hedge Maze and Mirror Maze: The park boasts Singapore's largest hedge maze and a mirror maze that will delight and confuse people of all ages.

Topiary Park: See how many animal shapes you can spot in this immaculately landscaped garden. Instagrammable backdrops are everywhere, from the colourful peacock made of orchids to the flowery elephant water fountain.

Discovery Slides. Part art sculpture, part climbing structure, this installation with its various twisting slides are sure to be a hit with the kids.

Foggy bowls: Indentations in this rolling meadow periodically fill up with sweet-smelling mist, for kids (and adults) to run through and play in. Lots of seating makes this an ideal spot to rest and watch the foggy display.

Park information: Open from 9am to 3am every day. Entrance to the Park costs $SGD5 per person, including children. The Nets, Mazes and Canopy Bridge all have additional entrance fees.

Visitor tips: if you're taking on the nets or slides, it's best to wear pants or shorts and comfortable covered shoes. Leave your luggage at the baggage storage area, as it's not allowed in the park. The minimum height requirement for the nets and slides is 110cm.
