Run the kids ragged at Canopus Reserve Playground
Canopus Reserve is located on the corner of Canopus Avenue and Grand Junction Road, Hope Valley.

This delightful reserve has something for all ages. The playground includes a slide, bouncy see-saw, climbing frame and two swings.

Canopus Reserve Playground
Small playground but has the essentials.

The nearby basketball ring is new, the cement court large and in excellent condition. A spacious lawned area provides plenty of room for playing chasey, a game of soccer or just running wild.

Shoot some hoops through the new basketball ring.

Any playground stumbles are softened by the bark-chip ground covering and a recently installed shade sail provides excellent sun protection.

Great sun-protection.

After a play, the kids can quench their thirst at the water fountain and take a break on one of the two park benches.

Fully enclosed, there's less of a concern over little ones running onto the road. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed at all times.

Plenty of on-street parking is available on Canopus Avenue, away from the traffic.

Canopus Reserve is never crowded. It's a great park for a quick after-school play, picnic under the trees or just for somewhere to relax and take in the gorgeous hills view.
