Can:Do 4Kids, one of the oldest charities in South Australia, is celebrating their 140th birthday with a family-friendly Community Fair on Sunday, 28 September 2014.
The event will be held from 11am to 5pm at the historic Townsend House - the very same site where services to help deaf and blind children first began.
Throughout the afternoon, event goers will be invited to peruse a variety of specialist market stalls, view great live music performances from local talent, and take part in games and activities, including face-painting, an animal farm, a jumpy castle and adapted sports activities.
There will also be wine available from the Adelaide Hills Wine Region and a great range of gourmet food on offer thanks to the Fork on the Road food trucks.
Entry is by gold coin donation, with all proceeds supporting Can:Do 4Kids work with deaf, blind and sensory impaired children in South Australia.
