These definitely need to be on your list
Once again the Canberra Times Night Noodle Market has returned to Reconciliation Place for 11 nights of delicious hawker-style food. However, with over 20 stalls and just as many sweet and savoury dishes, it's hard to pick what to eat so here is a list of must-try dishes from the Night Noodle Market.

Puffle cheeseburger
Cheeseburger Puffle

Picture this - a light and crunchy cheese puffle filled with chopped bulgogi beef patty then topped with melted cheese, drizzled with Japanese mayo, mustard, sweet and spicy ketchup. Just like a burger, but better!

Find them at Poklol x Puffle

Mochi Donut
Domochi Donut

Demochi Donuts were the first store in Sydney to specialise in Mochi Donuts. They are a Japanese - American hybrid and are actually made with rice instead of the usual flour. The one I had was coated with their signature honey-infused gloss glaze - simply delicious.

Vegan spring rolls

Crunchy and delicious are the Vietnamese style vegan spring rolls at the Pham Sisters, they specialise in all things vegan. Buy them by themselves or have them in the vegan spring roll salad!

Find them at The Pham Sisters

Pork crackling noodles

This dish combines all the right flavours, the sweetness from the caramelised sauce, the spiciness from the chilli, the sourness from the lemon and saltiness from the pork. It also has just the right amount of texture with the crunchy pork crackling, and the soft egg noodles and pieces of roast pork belly. Simply delicious!

Find them at Shallot Thai
