The Canberra International Music Festival is a celebration of music in various venues around Canberra, chosen for their acoustics. The program includes early music, contemporary music, world music and occasionally a hint of jazz. There will be performances for children at the National Arboretum, free sunset performances at the Turrell Skyspace, a concert at the Australian War Memorial and a concert in the Fitters Workshop in Kingston, to name just a few.
