On Saturday 28 May Sydney's south west will celebrate one of the biggest events of the year, the Campsie Food Festival There will be over 60 food stalls and food trucks transporting delicious food from around the world.
The streets of Campsie will be transformed into a colourful market place, providing an array of exotic food from France, Hungary and Portugal, as well as some traditional favourites from Japan, Thailand and Turkey. Of course, Korean cuisine is very popular in this area and this is where you taste Sydney's best. Keep in mind that there will be a wide variety of foods throughout the festival from many countries to show the true diversity of the local community.
The program will feature live cooking demonstrations and guest appearances by celebrity chefs and there's plenty of sampling to be enjoyed. Reynold Poernomo who was placed in the top 4 in Masterchef Australia 2015, will be on stage showcasing his cooking skills.
