Bitten by the photo bug recently, I have been trying to use my time wisely, learning the techniques and the essentials of photography. I agree that photography is an expensive hobby. The more you know about it, the more you want those gadgets and accessories which shall differentiate one photograph from the other. One such search got me into one of the stores at the corner of Elizabeth St and Lt Bourke St. Camera House will probably not catch your eyes at the very first time but if you are curious enough to step inside you are sure to strike a deal and come out with a smile on your face.

What matters most when you buy a product is not only the price but of course, the service itself. I have ended up waiting for a long time to be attended in many of the stores only to be spoken to for a few minutes and those aren't signs of good sales. Every customer entering a store needs to seen as a prospective buyer and attended with the same enthusiasm. A good sales person will convert a window shopper to a buyer with his/her expertise.

Some of the big brands do not encourage time investment into such window shoppers, thinking that it would be a waste of time and end up losing a prospective buyer. Definitely, Camera House was unlike one of those experiences. I was attended to personally with honest opinions and comparatively a good bargain made be a delightful customer. Their friendly staff are technically sound with their expertise in the camera equipment.

At the end of the day, it doesn't make you a happy buyer only when you strike a deal or get a huge discount and that feeling of accomplishment of buying something much cheaper, but what essentially makes you satisfied is the service provided. Service is a huge part of the sales and that what makes a big difference in the sales capacity of any store.

To all those buyers out there, please do research about the product to be purchased and have an idea of what you want. This is will help you in knowing your needs and a good sales person will understand it instantly, provide you with the best value for money. Happy Shopping!
