Calypso Cafe & Juice Bar has arrived in Wolli Creek, serving quality food and beverages with creative flair at very reasonable prices.



Located directly opposite the Mercure Sydney International Airport , opening late December 2018.

The Atmosphere & Decor:
Calypso is a corner cafe, featuring light blue tile accents, touches of greenery with tables and chairs set out in a partly-covered brick courtyard.



The Coffee:
Coffee is taken seriously at Calypso and they are dedicated to creating the perfect coffee experience. The coffee is made using the Florito blend from Adore coffee , which has a strong, full-bodied flavour.



Justin's masterful barista skills were on display with not only great tasting coffee but clever works of art in the crema. It was almost a shame to drink them and lose the artwork, however, it was okay because the coffee was amazing.



The Food:
The all-day menu features delights such as jaffles ($7.00), bacon and egg rolls, ($7.50) salmon pesto with poached eggs, wilted spinach and pesto sauce, ($14.00) or smashed avocado on sourdough, with feta and lemon juice.($12.00)



If you're after a leisurely sit-down breakfast, you can't go past the Acai Bowl ($11.00) as a filling and healthy option. The Acai Bowl is frozen Brazilian Acai berries, blended with banana and apple juice, topped with honey, fresh strawberries, banana and special roasted nut and coconut mix.



If you're in the mood for a hot breakfast, try the bacon benedict ($13.00) with poached (to perfection) eggs, wilted spinach and Hollandaise sauce.



Top it off with an apple and watermelon juice (Small $6.00 Large $7.50) you've got the perfect breakfast.



If you are in a hurry, take your pick from the selection of fresh meals to go, such as ham, cheese tomato croissants ($7.50) as well as a variety of wraps, pastries and muffins, with a fridge full of ice-cold drinks to choose from as well.



Nice touches:





Well worth stopping by if you're in the area, it's situated near the edge of Cahill Park and around the corner from the Kogorah Golf Club, stop in before a round of golf or after a run in the park.

Calypso Café & Juice bar is making a big impression in a small space. The service is friendly and efficient and the attention to detail is what makes this a great little cafe.
