Cherry on top
Caffe Cherry Beans has the best coffee in town. They use quality ingredients such as Bonsoy for all their soy coffees, a must for the dairy free crowd. They use Western Star Butter and Beerenberg Australian Honey and use pure Arabica blends of coffee beans.
Caffe Cherry Beans is a comfortable space away from the noise of the city. It has a delightful home-like vibe; comfortable, clean and cosy. They have some fascinating articles on display on the centre table. A real Swiss water-method cold drip coffee press is featured. The comfortable tables and chairs complement the interesting furnishings; making for an eclectic but home-style atmosphere.
Caffe Cherry Beans is a great place for a hearty breakfast. Try the Alex's Breakfast, which features a poached egg, sundried tomato, sautéed mushroom, pesto, risoni, grated padano cheese on sourdough toast served with rocket salad and lemon. It is very tasty for only $11.50 and goes down well with their famous coffee. The pancakes with caramelised banana, cinnamon butter and maple syrup are fantastic - defiantly an indulgent treat for only $13.50.
They are open late at night too and offer coffees and drinks well into the night. If you need a late night caffeine fix you can't go past the coffee frappe for $5.50. The vibe is usually busy but friendly and is relaxed enough that you could easily read a good book while sipping your latte.
The staff members are very friendly but do not encroach on your space. They do make a point to say good-buy to every customer as they leave, which is just like a cherry on top of the already pleasant experience of eating there.
