The Trick Eye Museum in Singapore attracts millions of visitors every year with its fascinating visual illusions (the museum is an absolute must for everyone to see!). Well, this Italian Restaurant in Osborne Park has that very same illusion component, tricking the eye of the beholder. The restaurant itself is very much Italian with all standard comfy Italian dishes, including your pastas, tortellini, pizzas and the like. Your order will always come with the complimentary freshly baked breads and butter, which is always nice.
When it comes to desserts, however, be sure to view the restaurant's famous ice-cream specialty menu. Don't be disheartened when instead of the ice-cream menu, you are presented with choices like Fettuccini pasta, Steak Tartare, Lasagne, Spaghetti or even Bacon and Eggs. All of these dishes are made of none other than ice-cream, carefully crafted to your liking by the local chefs! The prices for these delicious desserts start from about $10.50 each.
In all honesty, the pictures on the menu are not exactly the same as the creations brought by the waiter, but nonetheless, the ice cream tastes fantastic and comes with sauces and fruity decorations to satisfy any fussy diner. In all - great for kids and kids at heart!
The restaurant is open from 8AM till late every day, and is fully BYO. There is plenty of room inside of the restaurant, which can be used for big gatherings, special functions as well as small and cosy coffee parties. The waiting staff are vivacious and friendly. It's absolutely worth checking out! Ciao...
