I had a most satisfactory steak sandwich there from the express menu but, being seated on the verandah, service was not so pronto in my case - I had to go in to the bar go get a menu and then again to order. Nevertheless, I recommend it.

I'm sorry to hear that. These things can always happen I suppose, being human. Usually if it's really bad and you mention it to waitstaff or someone important at a restaurant, they are only too happy to make it up to you and are sorry for the inconvenience.
