One of Malvern 's mainstay cafe restaurants, is perfect for anything from a casual coffee or lunch stop to a dinner date or quick dinner.

We stopped in for a weeknight dinner and were seated quickly. Once seated inside, the environment is casual and convivial, with wood panelled walls, some greenery hanging from the ceiling and artwork for sale all around the walls.

Our drinks were bought to our table in good time along with a jug of water. We settled on a schiacciata flatbread with tomato and bocconcini for entree, which was crisp and flavorful.

Our mains were the 'Chicken Paparazzi' and a seafood pizza. The chicken, stuffed with camembert, avocado and sundried tomatoes was juicy and rich, but not too rich with cheese as can sometimes be the case at other places. The seafood pizza was very cheesy but the base stayed crisp all the way through.

For sweets, we chose a scoop of pretty decent gelati each. The breakfast menu is available until the very respectable breakfast time of 4pm every day and offers an extensive range of savoury and sweet options.

The lunch & dinner menu has Italian influences, but there are plenty of other interesting specials to mix things up with an extensive selection of gourmet salads, pizzas, pastas, main meals and tasting plates. also has a wide selection of coffees, teas, gelati and sweets on offer. The food is good value and won't disappoint.

is on Unley Road in Malvern and is open from 7.30am to 10pm daily.
