Impromptu adventuring, exploring our backyard and then putting pen to paper, hoping to entice you to try one, if not all, of our escapades, is my true reward!

Life is like a Road, Enjoy Each Day and Don’t Carry Too Much

This is one of my favourite places to go for a coffee - the coffee is an Ethiopian blend and you have a choice of coconut milk, GMO free soy milk or activated almond milk - the welcoming, friendly atmosphere is always a peaceful spot to sit back, catch one's breath and enjoy the surrounds of this holistic Centre. Cafe Nurcha is part of The Coastal Wellbeing Centre. This delightful little oasis is family-owned and operated - with the Cafe serving 100% plant-based foods (animal free). All the meals and desserts are lovingly made on site by their amazing team of chefs and kitchen staff. Any allergies or intolerances? - Please let the staff know when ordering.
The diverse healthy menu has so much to offer from Smoothie Bowls, Breakfast and Lunches (available all day), Toasted Wraps/Turkish; Salads and something for those of us with a sweet tooth. It's absolutely a 'must-visit' cafe and luckily for us, they are open seven days a week, though have a limited menu on Sundays.

The surrounds of Cafe Nurcha are well-worthy of a browse - I just love the selection of gifts, homewares and the alternative and holistic approach to health. The selection of alternative therapy is vast including Magnesium Salts (divine to bath in and remove toxins from one's body); Transdermal Magnesium Oil (has been recommended to me for cramping in legs etc.); Natural Salt Lamps; and a range of "Luvin Life" products, too many to mention. The great thing is they have a superb on-line shopping link here, so you can browse at leisure.

Whether you are suffering from general health issues, long term injuries, aches or pains or emotional stress, Coastal Wellbeing Centre has the therapist for you, offering an extensive range of services. All the therapists are professionals and qualified, ensuring that the treatment you receive will be customised to what your body requires.
Something for everyone! Image: Elaine de Wet
If you're healthy and bouncy and full of the joys of springs, just pop in for a coffee or tea or a healthy "Something Sweet" and…of course, a browse, you'll love it.
Cafe Nurcha's Motto is to "Be of Benefit" - and who doesn't love an outing where there are great benefits?
"Life is like a Road, Enjoy Each Day and Don't Carry Too Much!"
