This cafe is quite large and the tables are sparsely spaced which gives the impression of not being crowded.

My most recent visit was the third time we had eaten lunch there when passing through Colac, and we have enjoyed every meal.

The menu covers all tastes as does the specials board.



My favourite was the calamari rings, some of the best I have tasted, and I have tasted a few over the years. They came with tasty crispy thick cut chips and salad.



My partner (wife) has twice chosen the satay chicken skewers, which she declared were delicious. They two came with the crispy chips and salad.



I actually ate the salad as it contained iceberg lettuce, corn and pineapple, tomato, cucumber and grated carrot – delicious.

I ordered a lime milkshake and it came in what resembled a short fat milk bottle, looked small, but wasn't. My wife's orange/pineapple fruit juice was freshly squeezed.

They offer a good range of teas, coffees and milk choices, and a range of delicious looking cakes and slices.

If you are passing through Colac, I suggest you seek this café out as the service is quick and friendly.
