Located right in front of Adelaide Shores Caravan Park BIG4 West Beach, Cafe Neptune is open daily for everyone and not only for BIG4 West Beach Parks' visitors. You can see their big sign from Military Road. Cafe Neptune is open from 8am to 8pm and offers a wide selection of menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus great kids menu as well as coffee and cakes. Generous size of kids chicken nugget
There are some indoor seating areas with a big glass wall and door so you can enjoy the garden view. You can also go to their sunny terrace to enjoy your meal outdoors.
The day we visited we were not feeling too adventurous and just ordered chicken schnitzel and chips for our early dinner. While waiting for our dinner to be served, our children just occupied themselves at a small fenced outdoor playground nearby. This playground is for everyone to use but best suited for under 5's. Not for long, our food ready on the table and really worth to wait as the chicken was lightly crumbed, hot and crunchy while the chips were served with a generous amount of gravy. Chicken nuggets and chips for children went down well without any complaint.
Chicken Schnitzel
Cafe Neptune is easy to reach as it located not far from the bus stop from and to the City or Glenelg area. If you were on your bike, there are some bike racks to secure your bike. Plenty of car parking at the front of the cafe, even a room for a big caravan.
Cafe Neptune also offers a catering service for groups with function areas available. The cafe also stocks a selection of grocery items and is licensed to sell alcohol.
