This really was a meal fit for a king. It was massive. Never before have I struggled to finish eggs benedict but on this occasion I did. Lashings of salmon, glorious golden yolked (obviously free range) eggs on crispy toast. Of course the hollandaise sauce complemented things nicely along with the capers and thinly sliced onion and well, one never get's tired of dining at this classy cafe right opposite Noosa's main beach.
