Enjoy an outing of leisure
Take a road trip towards Mt Glorious to reach "Samford's Most Chilled Cafe." This may be a self-proclaimed quote but I can assure you that Cafe Lagato does indeed offer a peaceful spot to relax and unwind.
Located in the Lifestyle Centre, the cafe is nestled between a garden nursery and various businesses promoting home, health and well-being. There's even a small playground and onsite farm to entertain the children.
Cafe Lagato is a fully licensed establishment serving great coffee, a variety of baked treats and separate breakfast and lunch menus. Not only are the staff welcoming, but they are also willing to accommodate specific dietary requirements. The menu incorporates numerous gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
Outdoor dining shelters allow patrons to truly experience the tranquil settings. The lush landscape and nursery are currently bursting with flowers, providing further delight to the senses.
Towards the rear of the cafe, children can enjoy a semi-fenced playground whilst parents continue dining.
After a leisurely meal, make sure to take a stroll through the Lifestyle Centre. Discover a great selection of plants and whimsical decor at the nursery and explore unique stores selling homewares, gift lines, pamper products and clothing. Various onsite services include yoga, beauty treatments, photography, psychology and nutrition.
Children will adore the centre's farmyard walk at the back of the property. There are resident goats, sheep and donkeys that will often approach the fenceline. Visitors also have the opportunity to enter the poultry paddock and feed the ducks, chickens and turkeys (staff at the City Chicks store can provide special food).
