It's not often when we order eggs do we receive emu eggs - but that's what sets Cafe Ish apart from your average cafe.

A true user of Australian produce, Cafe Ish offers Crocodile sausages, Emu eggs and Emu meat - all to be enjoyed with wattle macacinos.

The eggs are a cheesy dish with flecks of emy proscuitto throughout - on a crusty hunk of bread, generously drizzled with oil and served with a chutney.

Perhaps not as popular as the crab omelette - but a great brunch dish.
