Our regular brunch on a Saturday starts at Froot Cafe at Semaphore just off the beach. This cafe buzzes with fresh vibes and is always busy. I often opt for the fruit salad but their all day breakfast menu has many options. Waffles, pancakes, green eggs and ham! Situated in between lively shops and cafes, this place is never empty.
The prices are very affordable too! So there's no worry when taking the whole family down for brekky. Whether you're looking for a cosy coffee with a friend, or take the kids out for a feed, this place is lively, yet comfortable. And the staff are more than friendly, which makes the experience much enjoyable.
Had the big brekky this morning and never again. It all started having to wait for the staff to finish talking to order. Finally ordered then when delivered the plate was full of Powdered scrambled eggs and "no taste" mushrooms which I paid extra for - $2.50 in fact. There was no bacon, tomatoes and the toast was sodden with scrambled eggs. I was going to complain but in the end I thought no I will post it that way others will see. Never again
