Great value to be had
Living in the western suburbs of Adelaide, a weekend trip to Semaphore beach often involves a bite at Cafe Froot.

Situated a few minutes walk from the foreshore, Cafe Froot is highly recommended. With some outdoor seating, it is very enjoyable to taste their delightful menu while soaking in the warmth of the sun.

The menu is quite simple but there is a good range which will cater to all tastes. However, it is their value in price and big serving sizes which I find is the big attraction.

Customer service is also very friendly and quite efficient.

On one of our trips to Cafe Froot, we had a classic chicken parmagiana (with loads of fries) and the smoked salmon bagel. I can't say I see a lot of bagels around Adelaide cafes, so it's a welcome change to the traditional bacon and eggs type brekkies.

Both dishes were flavoursome and very filling. Their coffees, fresh fruit juices and smoothies are also splendid.

Drop in some time, you won't be disappointed.

If you're a bagel fan you might want to check out The Beigelry in Topham Mall. The boys trained in New York before bringing thier skills back to Adelaide.
