It's priceless when you find a cafe where not just the food is delicious and the place is really nice, but the staff are always kind and keen to happily serve you.

In Crows Nest you will find this lovely corner place with nice terrace perfect for a brunch with friends, for a quiet lunch or even if you are in a hurry it's a perfect option as you can ask for a take-a-way item from the menu.

For breakfast (served from 7am to 12midday) there are a lot of yummy things like the french toasts, omelette, pancakes, fruit with muesli or the special brekky with eggs, bacon tomato, mushrooms, toast and tea or coffee.

If you are going at lunch time, you will find everyday different chef's suggestions that will easily wake up your appetite and there is a variety for you to select from including gourmet soups, salads, risottos or meats that are really to die for!

I have a favorite thing that I ask each time I come here. It is a tailor made steak wrap with fresh rocket, red onion, tomatoes, tzatziki and roasted capsicum on a green tortilla. You will not believe how delicious these simple ingredients could be together the Eighty Ate way!

Hamburgers are famous in this busy cafe and they are also a very good value for money, usually served with chips and something to drink in a "combo".

Their philosophy is to provide ambience, quality coffee, friendly service and in-house cooking. In my opinion, they tick all the boxes.

Eighty Ate opens from 6:30 am to 4pm. and offers super good prices, delicious food and kind people, which is hard to find nowadays.
