Just an hour and fifteen minutes drive from Brisbane city, on the edge of Queensland and New South Wales, you will find this gorgeous cafe with some of the best food, art and views on either side of the border.

Gorgeous views just steps away


From it's base across the road from the Point Danger Lighthouse, Cafe D'bar is surrounded by beautiful Duranbah Beach, Snapper Rocks and Rainbow Bay. This popular cafe is the ideal place to escape the city and enjoy the beach in style.

From the moment you step inside, the relaxed and casual atmosphere will set the scene for a truly unique experience. With five seating areas to choose from there's no shortage of great seats - all of which offer fantastic views.

Beautiful both inside and out


The breakfast menu runs daily from 7am 11am and lunch is served from 11am 3pm. Stick around for pizza and tapas from 4pm 7pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Truth is, whatever time of day you decide to visit you will be pleased with the selection of food on offer. The food is fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented with generous portion sizes. Based on local products and ingredients, the Cafe D'bar menu ensures great taste and great quality.

Coffee fanatics will be more than pleased with the exceptional blend of coffee available here. Regular locals just can't get enough and visitors will be thrilled to have discovered one of the best cuppa's on the coast.

Attached to the cafe is a contemporary art gallery set in a heritage listed Queenslander. This quaint gallery showcases a beautiful selection of artwork, jewellery and gifts, so check out the unique items on display and support the talented local artists.
