Come in and meet the locals at Cafe Amore
In the middle of Point Lonsdale shops I walked into this café after the Western Bulldogs had won and it was decked out in team colours, I could tell it was the café for locals and had a friendly vibe, through probably not if you were a Swans supporter!

Café Amore has a large interior space with windows facing the beach.

Comfy couches at Cafe Amore

It's an inexpensive alternative to the other more swanky eateries that are dotted up and down the little shopping strip. There are couches or tables and I always prefer to sit at the table as the couches looked pretty plush and not so good for eating from.

I had the Cranberry and Macadamia granola with fruit, yoghurt and honey for $12.50 and they can make it dairy free and vegan. I had it straight.

The coffees were okay and I enjoyed the local colour and like I said, not the fanciest but not likely to burn a hole in your wallet either.
