Always been inspired to write, and love the idea of freelancing now. Enjoy quaffing wine; good coffees and being festive in the festival state. Thirsting for experiencing so much more...

I frequently go to Cafe Palazzo; I like the atmosphere and the fact that you can just fit in there or fade into the wallpaper, so to speak.

You can get lost for a couple of hours, just reading or studying there and no one will tell you to move on, because they need your table, that is, during the day or early evening, but I suspect even at night, it's probably okay. The fact is, the place is large and they have lots of tables (and chairs too, in fact), so you can relax over just one cup of coffee if you like, or a meal. They have wines and aperitifs, Italian soft drinks mineral water, great coffee, tea, iced coffee/chocolate and all the sundry drinks that could accompany your wedges, too

We've had the potato wedges there a few times and they are really, really good. Just like I (we) like them; crisp on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside, without being floury or sandy. This means, yes, you guessed it - good potatoes! They are served really hot, so be careful when biting into the middle of one, waiting brings such expectation with it, but they're - worth it. In Winter, you couldn't really get a better or heartier after work, Uni, school snack.

The seasoning is great; spicy without being too and not too salty either.

The sweet chilli sauce also seems to be a good one as it's not too gluey, and has plenty of flavour!

Scads, did I say scads? Yes, scads and scads of sour cream accompany the said wedges and

There are so many of them - wedges, that is. We like wedges, and we're often hungry when we order them, after uni, work and school respectively, but we can still share one serve of these between the three of us and have had enough!

That is not as a meal substitute, but as a snack - it's enough. Wholeheartedly I will tell you it's a good serve and a good snack feed for three hungry folk or two males with gigantic appetites.

Cafe Palazzo's potato wedges are some of the finest in Adelaide's eastern region or the CBD area. At about $7.00 a serve. One serve of these will see you coming back for more next time round.

This is one of those restaurants that I've always wanted to try, but am always short on time - definitely on my list of places to visit while on uni break! :D

This is a great review - makes me hungry haha!

I haven't had wedges in ages; this has given me a sudden craving for them.
