Hi, I have just called for a delivery. The man on the phone was unbelievably rude, no customer service skills at all. When I asked how much delivery was, I got a sarcastic reply - depends what you order. Thats it, no explanation. Couldn't hear me properly but instead of saying "excuse me" it was "what!?" "what!?". They need someone with customer service skills on the phone, it completely turned me off ordering.
