Cactus Ice Cream Party - Indoor Plant Sale

Home > Melbourne > Gardening | Ice Cream | Indoor | Pop Ups
by Olga Junek (subscribe)
I am an academic and writer living in Melbourne. I love to travel and I also love writing about all the things Melbourne, regional Victoria and other parts of Australia have to offer.
Event:
Lots of indoor plants

The Jungle Collective is a nursery and garden centre in Abbotsford, known for its plant sales held in a Bohemian style warehouse. With catchy names such as Rumble in the Jungle, the plant sales attract many customers from all over Melbourne. The next sale is all about cacti, indoor plants and ice-cream. How do these fit together you may ask.

On Saturday 11th November, all these will be combined in one place into an eclectic mix of amazingness. With a Mexican feel to the sale, there will be Mexican & Desert tunes, lots of favourite indoor plants and a vintage Ice Cream Man Van out the front with all the old time favourite ice creams (even Dairy-free Ice cream will be on offer).

Come by to see the huge selection of indoor plants

All the indoor plant favourites will be there but this time in the mix a bunch of really cool Cacti and succulents will be thrown in too. The sale is located in a Bohemian style warehouse in Abbotsford (not normally open to the public).

As the days get closer to Cactus Day you can check out Facebook to see what plants will be on offer. Previously there have been over 40 different species including Fiddle Leafs, Monstera, Giant Birds of Paradise, Pilea's, Mothers in Law Tongue, Rubber Figs, lots of ferns, Hanging plants, Bangalow palms and lots more. You won't be disappointed by the choice of plants on offer.
